Sean and Bryan Furst are senior media executives, producers, and entrepreneurs with a proven track record of creating distinctive, commercially successful films and television series.
Their producing credits span studio features like Renfield (Universal) and Daybreakers (Lionsgate), as well as acclaimed independent films including The Matador (Golden Globe® nominee) and The Cooler (Academy Award® nominee). In television, they’ve delivered scripted series such as Dice (Showtime), Star-Crossed (CW), Dime Tu Nombre (Amazon Spain), and Classified (Netflix Africa / Amazon U.S.). Their work also includes the Emmy-nominated HBO documentary I Knew It Was You, National Geographic’s docuseries Dead by Dawn, and Audible’s global hit scripted podcast Impact Winter.
Before launching GPS, the Fursts served as Co-Presidents of Film and Television at Skybound Entertainment, where they built the studio’s scripted division, managed overall deals with Universal Pictures and Amazon Studios, and oversaw international expansion across Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Prior to Skybound, they held senior executive roles at Overture Films, where they were responsible for a wide range of commercially and critically successful projects including The Visitor, Righteous Kill, Law Abiding Citizen, The Crazies and Traitor.
